Another wet and windy [but mainly wet] week.

We got the Thursday in, it rained and blew, and then blew and rained. From the S.E., the North, the N.E. etc. But, we did catch fish,and plenty of them so we got back early, extremely damp and happy that the tarakihi seemed to enjoy the conditions.

We were booked to go in the TGFC Hapuku and Albacore Tournament, but it was postponed, and given that I canned the Friday trip on the strength of Thursday's reasonably inaccurate forecast, it was another one of those 'damned if you do, damned if you don't ' calls, the right one I'd say.

Let's hope that spring springs a bit less from now on in.
